Personal Data Processing Consent

1. Data Subject
By providing your data through the form or other channels, you confirm that you are the data subject or act on their behalf with proper authorization.
2. Data Categories
We process contact details such as email, role or user type, and any message you voluntarily submit.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to communicate about early access, launch updates, and to collect feedback.
4. Duration of Consent
Consent remains valid until withdrawn or until processing is no longer required for the stated purposes.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing office@ehelpx.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.
6. Data Subject Rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict processing, or request deletion of your data under applicable law.
